REALTOR Job Responsibilities :

  • Contact and convert company provided leads through proprietary lead distribution system and CRM using company provided training
  • Identify, show, and analyze properties of interest for buyers
  • List and market homes on behalf of sellers
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions including contract negotiations, state and company required paperwork, and closing coordination.
  • Maintain relevant market knowledge and licensing through regular training opportunities, market research/study, and continuing education

REALTOR Skills / Qualifications :

  • FULL-TIME commitment
  • Real Estate Broker License
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Broad understanding of real estate technology

  • College Education or Entrepreneurial Experience
